Euro Hotel Wembley ★★

Clean, basic and cheap Location great for Wembley facilities, train and bus routes

Lots of fast food outlets with lots of delivery motorbikes scooting around, very busy area for foot traffic as well.

did not get same room which i did booking online with photos of room and bed only dobble bed, the staff took me to the roof floor and hand over the card keys when i open the room very disappointing completely different room on the roof cant walk all around and no window at all, could not breath properly also cant get fresh air, also the bathroom door handle broken and came out from door, went back to reception, explained, its not right one which i booked, they replied we got no other room left have to stay on same room, i told them cant stay if you got no room left, do the refund, then receptionist took me other room but still not the one which i book on line, i paid extra £.7 for break fast, in the morning i just discovered front of reception, sachet of coffee, hot water on flask, few slice of bred, i feel did big mistake paid in advance for break fast.... i never get this kind of experience with any type of hotel.....

Room was clean and well presented. The bed was comfortable. The location is amazing as it is right round the corner from Wembley which is the reason we chose it. Great value for money except the food.

The bathroom was so small you practically have to sit in the sink to go to the toilet. Room was way too hot and stuffy and the water doesn't run very cold. Also there's only mugs no glass to drink from. Staff are disinterested. The breakfast was really bad, not worth £7 and the system to order it was really odd. We ended up getting served before someone else who had been there much longer and one of the forks snapped during the meal. Some of the food was inedible and covered in oil.

Well appointed all round. Will book again..... Shower uncomplicated. Room was excellent & warm. Plenty parking, though slightly begrudged paying £10 extra.

After walking into a plate glass door-size window...which was painful.....I think its a good idea to make it more obvious that its NOT a doorway ...... No instructions how to use the door-entry magnetic card thingy....

Location to Wembley Stadium

Small rooms. Thin walls. dirty room not clean underneath beds. bathroom needs redecorating. breakfast was microwaved not impressed for £17.

This property is in a great location for Wembley Arena and Stadium.Good comfortable hotel,great breakfast.

The reception staff seemed a little uninterested in the morning.

The shower was broken the valve on top of the tap was broken. Got given a glass jug and bucket to wash hair. People being noisy in the room above being heavy footed until late and they doing it early.

The location was easy to get to and quite central.

The window didn't have a handle so couldnt be closed or locked, the bathroom door handle was broken and hanging off. The bathroom waant very clean either. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

The location is great if you’re going to a concert

We came back from our concert and found that a mouse had been on our bed and left droppings all over our duvet and floor!! Also chewed through into our takeaway bag that was for after the concert! When reported to the receptionist, pictures were taken but nothing happened. Only gave us a spare sheet but that’s it. Very disappointed and grossed out, had to sleep in the same room!! Won’t be staying here again!

The room were always clean and had fresh towels every evening. Staff were professional and helped us with anytime we needed. Tv in the room was well positioned. Tea and Coffee were supplied every day.

The shower head was broken in the room and had bad flow through our stay. The Hotel was one tube stop short of a regular line terminating a stop before forcing us to make more time to use other transport. Wi-fi was not free and operated on a voucher basis.

It’s extremely cheap. I am using them again for the whole of next week :) If you are after somewhere just to get your head down and shower this is the place!

very bad service fan fitted on the wall very small window no air will reach us and if the fan faulty in the night time they will do nothing like even if you ask for spare fan or change to an another room they will offer that and they said cant do anything untill in the morning if ask them what to do untill morning answer from them is nothing will say wait until mornig they dont care about you after you get in to their room because they git their money and specially bad customer service and and yiu will not get what do u want hoe some one can sleep in the room if its very hot no air fan faulty if you ask for spare fans or or offer another room THEIR ANSWER IS I WAS SLLEPING HOTTER THAN THIS WHY DONT YOU SLEEP UNTIL IN THR MORNING WILL YOU GO TO HOTEL OR RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO THIS BAD HOTEL very bad

the location close to Wembley arena

could not get in the car park so my husband has a blue badge but still got a ticket and they charge for parking 10 pound a rip off and internet not free you have to pay 5.00 per day had still 11 to check out but about 9 the cleaners was making a lot of noise then 9.15 the cleaner let her self in when me and my husband was in bed I feel over priced and 69pound to much the right price I would pay is 40.00 cause the loaction

Location is excellent as the Wembley central railway station is on walk-able distance. Also near by market place and eateries

Rooms are too small. Toilet's door was not working.

A month ago a man at reception owed me £5 he said I don’t have change next morning this guy was not there when came in again on 19th of this month he was doing same to another customer saying that he has no change I your hotel did same to the guy said don’t complain if you don’t like don’t book in this hotel I would say you should have change When I ask about my 5 pound he the other guy is on holiday you should investigate

I did not like anything there to all Hotel I stay am coming from Germany and u know our thing are for me it was not good for me to hey can do better any thing you say they said I complain too much ok for 3 days know door are not working know WC brush it was bad my bed 7 days on one bed asheet

24/7 was helpful, near McDonalds and tube station

where do I start? was put in a room where I was expecting a twin room, ended up in a double bed. had to move rooms. The room was literally an oven and was so hot that we couldn't sleep, no windows in the bathroom just made the heat worse. holes in the walls, windows that are ineffective. room was tacky and stuffy and didn't have any fans left. The bathroom was so small I could be in the shower and using the toilet at the same time. the bathroom didn't lock so was quite awkward. AVOID ROOM 120. then we have moved again and was placed in a decent room but bathroom light broke. The last room was worth the price but the trouble we went through was too much. And after all of that, we had to pay for wifi.

Nothing it was filthy also had mould everywere spider webs

Showers mould spiders spider webs smell very very crap it was gd a year ago recently its been disgusting

The location was convenient to public transport and easy to get to

The room was not clean. There was dust on the heater, fan, bed base.The widow was very dirty not been cleaned in a long time. The bed was very uncomfortable to sleep in you could feel the springs of the bed. Linen had some sports and iron marks on it.

Nothing really, everything was poor

The area, a lot of road man out side the area loads of insects, dusty cobwebs and so much more, i acctually wanted a refund when I say the bedroom but refund were unfortunately unavailable
